Key Responsibilities:
Act as HR Business Partner (HRBP) for night shift employees.
Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Support day-to-day HR operations and processes.
Assist in HR documentation, attendance, and compliance tasks.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
2-3 years
of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or HRBP roles.
Strong understanding of employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in night shift timings.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
