The Senior HR Executive - Operations will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operational activities including attendance management, onboarding, employee documentation, engagement, and coordination with various departments. This role demands attention to detail, timely reporting, and proactive communication to ensure smooth HR functioning across all office locations.

Time management and ability to meet daily reporting timelines.
Understanding of
employee lifecycle and HR documentation

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or a related field.
