Job Summary :
We are looking for an HR Executive to handle hiring, employee support, and basic HR activities in our PhD assistance company. The role involves recruiting staff, maintaining records, supporting employees, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment (Research Analysts, Technical Writers, Sales, Admin, etc.)
Post job openings and screen resumes
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters
Manage joining and onboarding process
Maintain employee records and HR files
Track attendance, leave, and basic payroll support
Support training and development programs
Handle employee queries and coordination
Assist in performance review and HR reports
Maintain a positive and professional work environment
Support HR policies and company rules
Required Skills
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Ability to coordinate with teams
Good record-keeping and follow-up skills
MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Qualification :
MBA degree (HR-related qualification preferred)
Experience :
2-5 years
