Job Summary:

Bastian Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and experienced

Senior HR Executive

to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, handling employee grievances, and overseeing payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Address and resolve employee grievances with empathy and professionalism Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation Support employee engagement and HR operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 2-5 years of relevant HR experience Strong knowledge of recruitment, grievance handling, and payroll Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
