The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and analytics. This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance people-centric initiatives with process excellence and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and coordination with staffing vendors.
  • Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements, including lateral and bulk hiring.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly hiring dashboards (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
2. Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and branch visits to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Conduct skip-level meetings, employee surveys, feedback sessions, and grievance redressal.
  • Enhance onboarding and offboarding experiences by improving processes and best practices.
  • Analyze attrition trends and implement targeted retention strategies.
3. Performance Management
  • Design and implement KRAs/KPIs for role clarity and effective performance measurement.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals, continuous feedback, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Maintain performance records, analyze trends, and align outcomes with business objectives.
  • Support succession planning and identify learning needs to address performance gaps.
4. Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps through performance reviews, feedback, and business requirements.
  • Design and deliver role-based training programs, workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions.
  • Manage mandatory trainings including POSH and handle the end-to-end POSH process.
  • Track training participation via LMS, assess effectiveness, and measure ROI.
  • Promote career development through learning paths, certifications, and succession planning.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit (documentation, induction, F&F, exit interviews).
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure digitization of employee documentation.
  • Process payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act).
  • Oversee attendance and leave management systems and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain audit-ready documentation.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Manage employee data across HRMS covering attendance, performance, recruitment, and attrition.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key HR KPIs such as headcount, attrition, hiring metrics, and training ROI.
  • Analyze HR trends to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and policy improvements.
  • Prepare statutory and audit-related reports.
7. HR Policies & Process Improvement
  • Support revision, communication, and implementation of HR policies.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
8. Team Handling & Reporting
  • Mentor and guide junior HR team members and interns.
  • Prepare and present regular HR MIS reports to leadership.
  • Participate in internal HR audits and reviews.
Qualifications
  • Education: Any graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations
  • Technical Skills: HRMS, HR analytics, MIS reporting
  • Behavioral Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certifications: POSH, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, or L&D (preferred)
  • Compliance Knowledge: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and related labor laws
