We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive to join our dedicated team at Podar Education Network, headquartered in Mumbai. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual with expertise in talent acquisition and a robust understanding of HR functions. The role demands strong skills in employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and more, to support our educational excellence and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, ensuring the selection of high-caliber candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Vast experience in managing employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong background in performance management for setting and evaluating employee goals effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of HR compliance issues to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits to structure appealing and competitive employee packages.
  • Experience in HRIS management for efficient data handling and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive HR initiatives and facilitate collaboration.
