to manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage employee lifecycle activities: joining, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities
Maintain and update employee records, HR MIS, and documentation
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
Drive employee engagement activities and company initiatives
Assist in training & development programs
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
