Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Source, screen, interview, and close positions within defined TAT
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards
Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle confirmation, role changes, exits, and offboarding processes
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance documentation is up to date
Employee Engagement & Performance
Support performance management processes (KRA/KPI, appraisals)
Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR communication
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolutions
Policy & Process Management
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
Support HR process improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to company policies and culture
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR
or equivalent qualification
5-6 years of hands-on HR experience
, preferably in mid-sized organizations
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws
Experience handling payroll coordination and statutory compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel, HR MIS, and HR systems
Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders
