We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of Human Resource operations, ensuring smooth HR processes and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll management and attendance tracking.
Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
Oversee employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Coordinate with management on performance reviews and HR strategy.
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations or executive-level HR role.
Candidates who are having experience in Manufacturing/Engineering industry only.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
