We are looking for an

enthusiastic and experienced Senior HR Executive

to join our growing team at

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of

3 years

of strong experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and technical recruitment.

Preference will be given to a candidate who has experience in technical recruitment to hire

Developers, UI/UX designers, Digital Marketing professionals, etc.

Candidate should be able to prepare HR policies and procedures in consultation with the management related to HR activities. Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process & improvement in recruitment and selection process. Salary management which includes payroll system and salary prepare salary structure for all employees. Preparation and monitoring attendance and leave policy. Prepare the job profiles and job descriptions for different vacancies. Understanding of statutory compliances like

ESIC, PF, etc.

Maintenance of employees' personal files, records, database. Assess and identify training needs to design and conduct training.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,455.93 - ₹49,545.19 per month
