Responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation to ensure smooth organizational functioning and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, engagement, and exit processes.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and support payroll processing.
Assist in performance appraisals and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's in HR/Management/Commerce; MBA in HR preferred.
3-6 years HR experience in corporate setups.
Strong communication, HR knowledge, and MS Office proficiency.
