Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, onboarding, attendance management, grievance handling, and maintaining HR documentation. The role also involves coordinating closely with internal teams and supporting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for IT profiles using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role expectations. Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, follow-ups, and offer rollouts. Facilitate smooth onboarding, induction programs, and HR policy briefings for new hires. Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and employee databases. Address and resolve employee grievances to ensure a healthy work environment. Draft and issue various HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and warnings. Support or lead a small HR team and assist in ongoing HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment

and generalist HR responsibilities. Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and labour laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office.
