? Salary discussion, offer preparation, approval, and finalization.
? Joining formalities, induction, and offer letters above executive level.
? Confirmation, evaluation, and exit interview process.
? Exit handover formalities and loan approvals as per policy.
2. Grievances
? Handling employee grievance at Head office.
? Handling employee grievances through plant coordination and visits.
? Escalating policy and critical issues to management
3. Handling HRM Software
? Managing and optimizing HRMS software for automation and efficiency.
4. Performance Appraisals
? Circulate appraisal forms and highlight performance.
? Evaluate monthly/half-yearly KRA/KPI.
? Plan incentives.
5. Increment
? Managing employee increments and salary corrections based on performance.
6. HR Policy
? Draft and revise HR policies periodically or as required.
? Communicate modifications and announcements effectively.
7. Events & Employee Engagement
? Plan team/annual meetings and events.
? Prepare annual calendar & budget.
? Send birthday emails for above executive level.
8. Training & Talent Development
? Conduct training programs and POSH sessions.
? Develop employees based on departmental skill matrix.
9. Asset Management
? Manage desktops, laptops, mobiles, and email IDs.
10. Recruitment
? Negotiate with shortlisted candidates.
? Ensure timely recruitment and on boarding.
11. Guide the HR team in all daily tasks.
12. Perform any other tasks assigned by the company.
13. Prepare and submit daily reports.
