We are looking for an HR Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within the Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction industry. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for technical and design positions while supporting core HR functions and ensuring smooth onboarding and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Architects, Interior Designers, BOQ/Estimation, and allied roles Source, screen, and shortlist profiles as per project and technical requirements Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities Support onboarding and documentation of new hires Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and HR records Assist in HR operations such as attendance, employee records, and coordination Act as a point of contact between employees and management for HR-related queries

Requirements

3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in architecture /interior design/construction domain Good understanding of design, execution, and BOQ/Estimation roles Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions efficiently Proficient in MS Excel and HR tracking tools
