Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and closures
Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation for new joiners
HR Operations
Manage employee lifecycle activities: joining, confirmation, transfers, exits
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
Handle attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll team
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities
Assist in conflict resolution and promote a positive work culture
Policy & Compliance
Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.)
Assist in audits and HR documentation as required
Performance Management & HR Support
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and documentation
Support learning & development initiatives and training coordination
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
Relevant certifications in HR will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist in corporate or manufacturing setup
Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions
Strong problem-solving and employee-handling skills
