Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Oversee full-cycle hiring, sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and managing comprehensive onboarding for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Address grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and promote a positive, conflict-free workplace.

Performance & Development:

Coordinate performance appraisals, identify training needs, and support talent development programs.

Policy & Compliance:

Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.).

HR Operations:

Manage HRIS/portals, leave administration, and employee record maintenance.

Employee Engagement:

Organize activities, promote communication, and monitor morale to boost productivity and retention.

Strategic Support:

Assist management with HR planning, retention strategies, and reporting on HR metrics.
Core Competencies Strategic - Thinking & Leadership, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Emotional Intelligence & Cultural Competence, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making, and Knowledge of Labor Laws & Ethics.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) often preferred.

Pay: ₹16,575.31 - ₹44,305.83 per month
