We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage core HR operations and support organizational growth. The role involves recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, exits, and documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Support payroll inputs and address employee payroll queries
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, maternity benefits, etc.)
Implement HR policies and handle employee grievances
Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in HR operations and compliance
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
