The Senior HR will lead and manage all human resource functions for organization. Payroll coordination, compliance, training, and creating a positive workplace culture that supports high-energy customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all departments including operations, technicians, customer service.
Handle manpower planning for peak seasons, weekends, and events.
Manage attendance, shifts, leaves, and payroll coordination with accounts.
Oversee employee engagement, motivation programs, and retention strategies.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Design and conduct training programs for safety, customer service, and operational SOPs.
Conduct performance appraisals, KRA/KPI tracking, and increment recommendations.
Maintain and update employee records, and documentation.
Support management in policy framing and HR process improvement.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and child safety policy within the amusement environment.
Coordinate with unit heads for daily manpower deployment and shift planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, MBA (HR), or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Ability to handle hiring and fast-paced operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HR software, and reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts as per park operations.
