Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure hiring of the right talent for each role.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction of new joiners.
Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance review processes.
Manage attendance, leaves, late marks, and ensure accurate payroll processing
Organize engagement initiatives such as Employee of the Month, tenure recognition, and cultural events.
Prepare and issue offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.
Requirements:
Education: Post-Graduation in Human Resources or related field.
Experience 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
