Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

End-to-end hiring for:

Radiologists

(Full-time, Part-time, Freelance)

Radiographers / QC team

Sales & Marketing Executives

Customer Support / Operations

Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, professional forums, and medical networks. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with internal teams. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Draft offer letters, contracts, and maintain documentation.

2. HR Operations

Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and induction. Coordinate attendance, leaves, and employee data records. Handle employee engagement, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal. Support payroll coordination with finance.

3. Policy & Compliance

Maintain confidentiality of radiologists and client data (HIPAA, ACR compliance awareness is a plus). Assist in framing HR policies suited for a growing healthcare tech environment.

4. Performance & Training Support

Coordinate internal training sessions for telecallers, QC team, and support staff. Track performance reviews and assist leadership in performance appraisals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

MBA in HR / PGDM or equivalent.

Experience:

2-6 years (at least 1-2 years in healthcare or startup hiring preferred).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment. Exposure to healthcare or teleradiology recruitment is a big plus.
