Job Description

1. Job Analysis & Design

- preparing the JD for particular Job position, Doing Job posting and checking the daily updates on that particular job posting.

2. Maintaining Work Culture

- To maintain healthy work environment in the office.

3. Recruiting Candidates

-Calling the Candidates, aligning for the interview, handling all recruitment Process till the on-boarding Process.

4. Processing Payroll

- Looking all the salary part, properly updating the salary sheets, coordinating with accounts team regarding the salary sheets if required.

5. Updating Workplace Policies

- All the company policies, Protolos should be updated on timely bases maintaining proper documentation for the same.

6. Maintaining Employee Records

-All the Employee records / documents should be maintained properly.

7. Implementing Performance appraisals-

Looking into Employee's Performance appraisals so accordingly coordinating with management.

8. Managing compensation



9. Managing and handling employee attendance.



10. Monitoring the Office admin work properly.



Arranging some good training session for employees



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
