We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional who will be responsible for managing the overall HR operations of the company, including statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, gratuity, labor laws), recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes and the ability to align them with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end statutory compliance including
ESIC, PF, gratuity, PT, and other labor law-related compliances
.
Manage employee database, attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
Ensure timely filing of returns and accurate maintenance of compliance records.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction process.
Handle employee grievance management and ensure a positive work environment.
Support and manage the performance appraisal system.
Implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Plan and organize employee engagement, training, and development activities.
Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.

Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR software.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
