Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
Experience - 3 to 6 years of relevant HR experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling,
Onboarding & Induction
Policy Implementation
Maintain and update employee records, physical files, and HR software.
Track attendance, leaves, and prepare payroll inputs.
Assist in conducting performance reviews and collecting feedback.
Ensure HR policies are followed and updated regularly & coordinate effectively with employees working In branch locations.
Handle minor employee grievances and support a positive work environment.
