Job Summary



The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, audits, and performance management. The role also ensures organizational compliance with labor laws and company policies through regular audits and documentation, contributing to smooth internal operations and successful external assessments.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Conduct structured employee exit process.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and approvals.

Create and maintain Skill Matrix for all department

Ensure timely execution of performance management system and generate reports.

Conduct induction programs and maintain employee documentation.

Maintain employee database.

Preparing MRM, MOM reports.

Monitor and process attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee queries.

Issue letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warnings, etc.) in a timely manner.

Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Conduct feedback sessions and handle employee grievances professionally.

Promote a healthy and compliant work environment.

Support annual and quarterly performance reviews.

Identifying training needs, prepare training plan and coordinate training sessions.

Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

Maintain all statutory registers, forms, and documents as per applicable laws.

Prepare and maintain audit-ready HR documentation for ISO, WRAP and internal quality audits.

Coordinate with auditors (internal/external) during compliance or quality audits.

Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

Regularly review and update HR policies and SOPs in line with legal and audit requirements.

Conduct awareness sessions with employees on HR policies and compliance.

Prepare monthly reports on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, late marks, and payroll summaries.

Required Qualifications:



Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

4-6 years of experience in core HR, preferably in a manufacturing or compliance-heavy environment.

Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.

Experience in preparing documents for audits (WRAP) is preferred.

Key Skills:



Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.

Audit documentation and handling experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High proficiency in MS Excel, Word.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,426.80 - ₹44,553.57 per month
