Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive
to manage HR functions both at the head office and across construction project sites. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and workforce administration, with regular field visits to ensure smooth HR operations at remote and on-site locations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical site roles.
Partner with project managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment.
Conduct field interviews and oversee onboarding at project sites.
2. Employee Relations & Welfare
Regular visits to construction sites to monitor workforce morale, resolve grievances, and ensure adherence to HR policies.
Build rapport with site teams and labor to maintain a healthy work environment.
Coordinate welfare activities and basic amenities at project sites.
3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure labor laws, safety regulations, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Wages, etc.) are followed at all locations.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to validate documentation and compliance.
Maintain updated records for audits and inspections.
4. Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor site-wise attendance, leave, and absenteeism in coordination with site supervisors.
Support the payroll team by verifying attendance and labor deployment reports.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs at project sites, particularly related to safety, compliance, and soft skills.
Organize periodic training and awareness programs for site staff and workers.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper HR records for site staff including contracts, ID cards, and onboarding documents.
Prepare weekly/monthly HR site visit reports and share updates with the HO.

Bilingual/multilingual capability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / MBA (HR) preferred.
Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or engineering industry is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices related to site operations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with blue- and white-collar workers.
Willingness to travel frequently to remote project locations.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
