Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and offer management.
Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs and close open positions within defined timelines.
Conduct employee induction and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2. Employee Life Cycle Management:
Handle joining formalities, maintaining personal files, HR records, and HRMS data updates.
Process employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities including full and final settlement coordination.
3. Attendance & Payroll Assistance:
Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
Ensure timely submission of payroll data, expense claims, and other statutory deductions.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Plan and implement employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
5. Statutory Compliance & Policies:
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labour laws.
Assist in HR policy implementation, amendments, and compliance documentation.
6. Performance Management:
Support in setting up KPIs/KRAs for employees in coordination with HODs.
Assist in mid-year and annual performance appraisal processes.
7. General Administration:
Coordinate with various vendors (insurance, consultants, etc.) for HR-related services.
Prepare and maintain various HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
3-5 years of relevant experience in core HR generalist activities
(manufacturing/cosmetics/FMCG industries preferred).
Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliances.
Spine Software mandatory
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Only candidates from Mumbai Western Line (Churchgate to Dahisar) preferred.
