As we scale, we are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior HR Executive to strengthen our people practices, culture, and talent strategy.
Role Overview:
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, and policy implementation. This role demands a high level of ownership, people-centric thinking, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
? Manage full-cycle recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. ? Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. ? Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
2. Performance & Employee Management: ? Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems. ? Conduct regular feedback sessions and support managers in performance discussions. ? Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per compliance norms.
3. Learning & Development: ? Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs. ? Support in creating a learning-driven work culture, especially for young and f irst-job employees.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: ? Organize team-building events, workshops, and wellness initiatives. ? Address employee concerns and ensure a positive workplace environment. ? Promote company values and culture across all levels of the organization.
5. HR Policies & Compliance: ? Implement and update HR policies and procedures. ? Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. ? Handle disciplinary actions and grievance redressals with fairness and confidentiality.
Requirements
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology.
? Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or IT agency setup will be an added advantage.
? Excellent verbal and written communication.
? Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
? Skilled in interviewing and talent assessment.
? Time management and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
? Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
? Familiarity with labor laws, PF/ESIC/Gratuity, and compliance frameworks.
? Knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
? Awareness of modern workplace culture, especially in creative/digital environments.
