Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for site-level roles
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including ESI, PF, labour laws, and licenses
Maintain employee attendance, payroll inputs, and related records
Coordinate effectively with contractors and site workers
Prepare and maintain statutory documentation and compliance reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven HR experience within the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of labour laws, ESI, PF, and compliance requirements
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment
