The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The role acts as a bridge between management and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and personnel files
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting
3. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues
Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives
Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
4. Performance Management
Assist in goal setting, appraisals, and performance reviews
Support implementation of performance improvement plans (PIP)
Coordinate promotions, increments, and confirmations
5. Policy & Compliance
Implement and update HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
(PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, shops & establishment acts, etc.)
Support internal and external audits
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives
7. HR Strategy Support
Assist HR Manager in HR planning and initiatives
Provide HR analytics and insights to management
Support organizational change and culture-building activities

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information

Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
3-4 years of relevant HR experience (industry dependent)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
