Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and database records accurately.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Prepare periodic HR reports and assist the HR Manager in daily tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in HR or similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR software or HRMS systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
