Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAreaResponsibilities

HR Operations

o Oversee recruitment & selection for clinical (surgeons, technicians, nurses) and non-clinical roles (front desk, admin, housekeeping).

Manage onboarding/offboarding process. Maintain employee records; ensure compliance with labour laws and clinic regulations. Process payroll in coordination with finance and ensure accurate timekeeping.

Employee Relations & Welfare

o Act as point of contact for staff queries, grievances, disciplinary actions. Promote a healthy, motivating work culture; organize team building, recognition programs. Monitor staff satisfaction; conduct exit interviews and suggest improvements.

Training & Development

o Identify training needs for clinical and support staff. Arrange periodic trainings (technical updates, customer service, safety, hygiene). Track performance; facilitate appraisals and career growth path mapping.

Compliance & Policies

o Ensure all HR policies are documented; update as needed in line with local law (labour, health, safety). Ensure clinic complies with relevant certifications / Regulatory / Licensing requirements (e.g. for medical devices, sanitation etc.). Maintain confidentiality of patient-related info and staff data.

HR Planning & Strategy

o Forecast staffing requirements as per patient load and clinic expansion. Work closely with management to align HR strategy with clinic growth goals. Report on HR metrics (attrition, training budgets, hiring time, etc.).

Other Tasks

o Assist in budgeting for HR activities. Coordinate with other departments (surgery/clinical, operations, marketing) for HR support. Any ad-hoc tasks required by the management.Qualifications & Experience

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's or HR certification (e.g. MBA-HR, SHRM, CIPD etc.) preferred.

Experience

: ~3-5 years (or more) in HR role; at least 1-2 years in senior or supervisory capacity. Healthcare or clinic experience is a plus--experience in cosmetology, dermatology, or medical aesthetic clinic is highly preferred.

Skills

: Strong knowledge of employment laws and medical industry best practices. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Good organizational, documentation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software / ERP is a plus.
