Minimum 3 years in HR, with mandatory experience in the
construction industry.
Monitoring daily labour and office & site staff attendance (including labourers, supervisors, engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers).
Validating Daily Progress Report and overseeing site-level HRMS records.
Planning and allocating manpower at project sites.
Managing attendance, leave, and early late reporting for site and office staff.
Preparing payroll files and coordinating salary processing.
Recruiting site-level staff.
Addressing site staff grievances and supporting performance reviews.
Maintaining office discipline and decorum.
Approving petty cash and arranging and managing staff accommodations where required.
And such other jobs as assigned by management from time to time.
Working Days-Monday to Saturday
