Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Act as the point of contact regarding all employee working related matters
Manage employees' grievances.
Implement performance review procedures (quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Should be responsible for all documentations, employee background verification, maintaining employee records, leave and attendance management, joining & exit formalities.
Co-coordinating Placement assistance for the students and reports

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
