We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior
HR Executive
with hands-on experience in
HRMS software
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR functions and be comfortable using HR technology to streamline processes and manage employee data effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in the
HRMS system.
Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure HRMS data accuracy and generate regular reports for management.
Support payroll processing using HRMS data.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist in performance appraisal and other HR-related initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Mandatory experience using HRMS software
(e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.).
Good understanding of HR operations and practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
