Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure a seamless new hire experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs
Employee Relations & Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Ensure policies, procedures, and practices comply with labor laws and internal standards
Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits administration
Performance & Development
Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning & development initiatives
Monitor probation and confirmation processes
Reporting & Analytics
Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment, and training
Use data to provide insights for HR planning and decision-making
Education & Experience
MBA
1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced or mid-sized organization
Experience with HR systems is a plus
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
