The Senior HR executive will oversee the recruitment process within the organization, ensuring seamless human resources management while developing and maintaining effective employer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
Conduct orientation programs and explain company policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
Promote a positive workplace environment and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Performance Management:
Assist in appraisals and provide feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate training programs for employee development.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years in HR, recruitment etc.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR management software.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of employment trends and labor laws.
