Handle end-to-end HR operations for factory employees.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar and staff positions.
Maintain attendance, payroll inputs, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory filings (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate with government authorities and manage factory inspections.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
Organize training programs, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
Support performance appraisal processes and disciplinary actions.
Maintain HRMIS and generate periodic reports.
Requirements
Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 7 years of HR experience in a
factory / manufacturing environment
.
Strong knowledge of
labour laws and statutory compliance
.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and HR software.
