Job Description

1. Recruitment & Workforce Management



Manage end-to-end recruitment for

hospitality staff

including: Service staff, housekeeping, catering, Kitchen Staff, supervisors, and support roles Coordinate manpower requirements for

corporate sites, manufacturing units, and government locations

Conduct onboarding, induction, and deployment of employees

2. HR Operations & Administration



Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift rosters Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, and statutory deductions Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations Ensure proper documentation for site-based employees

3. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a bridge between management and employees across sites Handle grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution Promote employee engagement, retention, and motivation initiatives Support service culture aligned with hospitality standards

4. Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws



Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws including: Shops & Establishments Act / Factories Act (as applicable) PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity Contract Labour Act Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation Coordinate inspections and audits by government authorities Liaise with vendors for contract labor compliance

5. Training & Service Excellence



Identify training needs related to: Customer service and hospitality etiquette Workplace behavior and grooming standards Safety, hygiene, and compliance Coordinate induction and refresher training programs Support skill development for frontline hospitality staff

6. Performance Management & Discipline



Support performance appraisal processes for site-based staff Monitor attendance, punctuality, and conduct Implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures Ensure adherence to client-specific policies and service-level agreements (SLAs)

7. Client & Site Coordination



Coordinate with

client HR/Admin teams

at corporate, manufacturing, and government sites Ensure timely deployment and replacement of staff as per client requirements Support audits and compliance checks at client locations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
