Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR professional with 4-5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations,

drive employee engagement initiatives, and support key people initiatives. This role requires strong organizational,

interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to enhance employee satisfaction and streamline HR processes.

Here's what will be expected out of you every day*:

1. HR Operations (End-to-End):

- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.

- Manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR policies.

- Handle employee queries related to policies, leaves, attendance, etc.

- Manage employee polices.

2. Payroll Management:

- Coordinate, execute and manage monthly payroll.

- Work with stakeholders to get timely input of attendance, leaves, bonuses, and salary changes.

- Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).

- Liaison with the compliance vendor to ensure 100% adherence to applicable labor laws and statutory

regulations.

- Address payroll-related queries from employees and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

- Manage smooth exit processes including F&F calculations, clearances, and documentation.

- Provide accurate settlement reports and handle exit queries.

3. Employee Engagement:

- Design and implement employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.

- Conduct pulse surveys, have one-on-one employee connects, analyze results, and present insights and

recommend actionable plans to improve organizational culture.

4. Employer Branding:

- Lead employer branding efforts by collaborating with internal teams to conceptualize and execute content

strategies.

- Create and manage a monthly LinkedIn content calendar highlighting culture, employee stories, achievements,

and initiatives.

- Coordinate with teams to gather content, develop post copy, and ensure timely publishing in alignment with

brand voice and goals.

- Regularly track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) to assess content effectiveness and

optimize future content.

- Conduct market research and benchmarking to analyze employer branding trends, identify what competitors

are doing, and generate fresh, innovative content ideas to strengthen our employer brand presence.

5. Admin Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the office admin staff by overseeing day-to-day office administration tasks to ensure

smooth workplace operations.

- Work closely with travel partners and admin staff to oversee employee travel bookings and reimbursement

processes.

6. HR Projects & Initiatives:

- Support the execution of ongoing HR projects and initiatives.

- Assist in managing key programs such as Rewards & Recognition and the Performance Management Cycle.

- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.

What we want:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.

- 4-5 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role.

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR processes.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?75,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
