Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Capable of managing the full employee lifecycle, planning and handling recruitment, negation & onboarding, benefits, employee engagement and relations, performance management .
Key Responsibilities :
1. Posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, background checks, and extending offers.
2. Orienting new hires on company policies, culture, and procedures such as work hours & dress code , behavioral aspects etc.
3. Addressing grievances, handling disciplinary actions, and most importantly fostering a positive and happy work environment at every level .
4. Administering payroll, and salary reviews.
5. Supporting performance evaluations, goal setting, and professional development.
6. Ensuring adherence to labor laws, updating HR policies, and maintaining employee records.
7. Coordinating training sessions and identifying development needs. ?
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
