Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the full cycle from job descriptions to interviews, candidate experience, and new hire orientation.

Employee Relations:

Address workplace issues, improve morale, mediate conflicts, and support retention strategies.

Performance Management:

Assist with performance reviews, development plans, and training initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer benefits, payroll support, and compensation programs.

Policy & Compliance:

Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records, process HR data, and support HRIS systems.

Essential Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in various HR functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS software. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (often preferred).

To support both employees and organizational objectives by managing day-to-day HR tasks, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,886.45 - ₹50,000.00 per month
