Job Description

Recruitment and Selection:

Managing the end-to-end hiring process, from writing job descriptions to onboarding new hires. Developing and implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Conducting job analyses to identify the most suitable candidates.

Employee Relations:

Handling employee grievances and disputes. Creating and maintaining a positive work environment. Fostering open communication and resolving conflicts.

Compensation and Benefits:

Designing and implementing compensation and benefits packages. Managing payroll, bonuses, and deductions. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Performance Management:

Implementing performance review procedures. Providing feedback to employees on their performance. Guiding employees on career paths and professional development.

Training and Development:

Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives. Developing and implementing training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
