Manage and support the entire employee lifecycle -- from onboarding to exit formalities.
Handle recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure timely execution of joining formalities, induction, and orientation.
Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning and internal hiring needs.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
6 to 8 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred:
Experience in the
insurance industry
is an added advantage.
