Job Title: Senior HR

Location: Sector 48, Gurugram

Experience: 1-3 years

Working Days: 6 days working (WF0)

Position Overview:



We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional encompassing recruitment, generalist functions, HR policies, payroll, policy creation and implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, managing day-to-day HR operations, and supporting the organization's strategic goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements. Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics, including compliance training, performance management, and employee relations. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with current legislation. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing a variety of recruitment channels and methods. Basic knowledge of HR softwares. Actively managing the attendance of employees on regular basis.

Qualifications:



Full time Bachelors/ masters degree (preferred) in HR or related field. Minimum of 1 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, operations, HR policies, Manual payroll, and HRIS. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR policies and procedures. Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and resolve complex HR issues.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
