We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with over 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance to help maintain a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Coordinate and support payroll processing activities in collaboration with the finance department.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and leave management.
Support performance management processes including tracking appraisals and feedback.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
