The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role plays a key part in aligning HR practices with business objectives and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, Coordinate workforce planning with department heads and Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
HR Operations & Administration
Manage HR policies, procedures, and documentation, Maintain employee records and HR databases and Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution, Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives and Ensure adherence to company values and code of conduct.
Performance Management
Drive performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes, Support managers in performance improvement plans and feedback mechanisms, Compliance & Policy Management, Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies and Handle audits, inspections, and statutory filings as required.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external learning programs and Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, hiring metrics, and employee engagement
Use data to recommend improvements to HR processes
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree / MBA in HR preferred
Experience
5-8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to multiple HR functions
Experience handling senior stakeholders is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in HRMS and MS Office tools
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
