Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Manage contract manpower recruitment and deployment.
2. Payroll Management:
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure statutory compliance in payroll (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
Handle salary structure, deductions, and full & final settlements.
3. Time Office Management:
Maintain employee attendance records and leave management system.
Monitor biometric and manual attendance.
Ensure timely updates of overtime and shift schedules.
4. Statutory Compliance:
Prepare and file PF, ESI, and other statutory challans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
Handle inspections, audits, and statutory returns as required.
5. Contract Manpower Handling:
Manage contractors and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Maintain contract manpower attendance, wages, and statutory documents.
Act as a liaison between contractors and management.
6. General HR Activities:
Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Assist in HR audits and policy implementation.
Maintain HR records and generate required MIS reports.
