Position Overview



Elevate Global Private Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Global HR Executive to lead HR operations across our offices in India and the UAE. This role is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with experience in multi-location HR management, strong knowledge of India HR laws, and familiarity with UAE HR processes. The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, performance management, and more, working closely with the leadership team to align HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



1. HR Operations & Administration (India & UAE)



Oversee day-to-day HR functions across multiple locations (India and UAE). Ensure seamless implementation and coordination of HR policies, systems, and practices in both regions. Manage HR records, employee files, and ensure accuracy in HR systems. Coordinate with local leadership to identify HR needs and implement solutions effectively.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for both Indian and UAE offices. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recommend appropriate hiring strategies. Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet organizational needs, ensuring diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process. Partner with global HR teams for cross-border recruitment efforts when necessary.

3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance (India & UAE)



Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local statutory requirements. Manage employee benefit programs, leave management, and other compensation-related matters. Ensure adherence to tax laws, labor laws, and other legal obligations in both India and the UAE. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax and labor regulations in both countries to ensure full compliance.

4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement



Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes. Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, morale, and overall job satisfaction. Provide guidance on career development, training opportunities, and employee growth strategies.

5. HR Reporting & Documentation



Prepare and present regular HR reports for senior leadership, tracking key metrics such as turnover, recruitment success, compliance, and performance. Ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible. Support audit processes and internal reviews related to HR activities.

6. Compliance, Audits & Policy Governance



Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, industry standards, and company policies. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and legal requirements. Coordinate HR audits and work with external consultants or auditors as needed to ensure compliance.

7. Employee Relations & Issue Resolution



Act as a trusted advisor to employees on HR-related concerns and issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, workplace policies, and ethical conduct. Support the resolution of employee grievances, mediate disputes, and ensure a harmonious work environment. Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews and post-exit feedback collection.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education

: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

: 3-6 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in professional services, CA/CPA firms, or MNC corporate environments.

Knowledge

: Strong working knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India & Basic understanding of UAE HR processes, payroll, and compliance.

HR Operations

: Experience managing multi-location HR operations, including coordinating with teams across different time zones.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills

: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload independently.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, recruitment platforms, and documentation management systems.
