Job Purpose:



Factory operations ko smooth chalane ke liye HR activities jaise manpower planning, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination aur statutory requirements ko effectively manage karna.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning



Factory ke liye manpower requirement ka planning aur execution Blue collar & staff level hiring (operators, technicians, supervisors, staff) Manpower agencies aur consultants ke saath coordination Joining, induction aur onboarding process handle karna

2. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations



Attendance, shift schedule aur overtime records maintain karna Payroll ke liye data preparation aur coordination (salary, OT, incentives) Leave management aur employee records (files, MIS, HR reports) maintain karna

3. Statutory & Labour Law Compliance



Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, CLRA compliance ensure karna Labour department inspections aur audits handle karna Contractors aur contract labour compliance monitor karna

4. Employee Relations & Discipline



Workers aur management ke beech coordination Grievance handling aur disciplinary actions (warning, suspension, inquiry) Standing Orders aur company policies ka implementation Union / worker issues ko professionally handle karna (agar applicable ho)

5. Training & Development



New joinees ke liye induction & safety training Skill development aur productivity improvement initiatives Safety awareness aur compliance support

6. Performance & HR Initiatives



Performance appraisal process support Employee engagement activities Attrition control aur retention initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of Factory HR & Labour Laws Excellent communication (Hindi & basic English) MS Excel, HR MIS & payroll coordination skills Problem-solving aur people-handling skills Ability to work in factory environment

Qualification & Experience:



Education:

MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR

Experience:

5-8 years in Factory / Manufacturing HR Experience in handling shop-floor workers is mandatory

Preferred Candidate:



Manufacturing / Industrial background Exposure to labour compliance & audits Can handle pressure & plant-level HR challenges
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
