We are looking for an experienced and proactive
HR Executive
who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and core HR functions. The ideal candidate should be confident in conducting HR interviews, evaluating candidates beyond resumes, and supporting management with structured people decisions for both White Collar and Blue collar roles
for technical, commercial, and support roles - White collar as well as blue collar
Source candidates through job portals, references, agencies, and internal databases
Conduct
HR interviews
and preliminary screenings
Prepare
candidate evaluation summaries
, including:
SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)
Cultural and role fit assessment
Coordinate interview schedules with departmental heads
Manage salary negotiations and
issue offer letters
Onboarding & Documentation
Manage joining formalities, HR documentation, and employee records
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes
Performance Management
Assist in designing and executing
annual appraisal processes
Collect, compile, and analyze appraisal data
Support management with performance insights and HR recommendations
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies
Draft HR letters (appointment, confirmation, increment, warning, exit, etc.)
Employee Engagement & Support
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
5-7 years of
relevant HR experience
, preferably in manufacturing / industrial setup
Strong experience in
recruitment and HR interviews
Ability to
assess candidates holistically
, not just based on resumes
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
Hands-on, self-driven, and capable of working independently
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
